                                                JUDGMENT

This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by the

learned Single Judge in W.P.No.31141 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw

this writ appeal, with liberty to the appellant to challenge the order of

suspension. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned

counsel for the appellant, liberty is granted and this writ appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
