                                                          ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of

the order dated 27.04.2023 made in W.P.No.12971 of 2023.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the

respondents that challenging the order dated 27.04.2023 passed by

this Court in W.P.No.12971 of 2023, the respondents preferred appeal

in W.A.No.1423 of 2023 and the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court vide

judgment dated 25.07.2023 allowed the said appeal.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this

Contempt Petition is closed.
