                                  The appellant has approached this court on the premise

                     that the learned Single Judge did not pass interim orders in the

                     applications filed by the appellant.



                                  2. We have perused the order impugned in the present

                     appeals.         On a perusal of the order, it does not transpire that

                     the learned Single Judge has disposed of the applications, i.e.,

                     W.M.P. Nos. 15827 and 15828 of 2023, filed by the appellant

                     seeking interim injunction.



                                  3. In view of the fact that the applications are not yet

                     disposed of and the learned Single Judge is seized of the

                     applications, it is for the appellant to request the learned Single

                     Judge to consider the applications for interim injunction on its

                     own merits.



                                  4. With these observations, the writ appeals are disposed
