                                                      JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the interim order dated 18.01.2022 passed by the Sole Arbitrator in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in ACP No.KS/MSME/CP/3/2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter has become infructuous since, the Arbitrator had passed the final award on 27.05.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the above Appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
