                                                          ORDER

This revision arises against an order passed in RCA.No.504 of

2018 on the file of the VIII Court of Small Causes-cum-Rent Controller,

Chennai in which the order in M.P.No.572 of 2017 in RCOP.No.1166 of

2016 on the file of the XI Court of Small Causes, Chennai was impugned.

2.Pending the revision, the parties who are close relatives namely,

brothers and sister have compromised the matter. They have entered into

a memo of compromise. I have enquired with the parties and they

confirmed that the compromise dated 21.07.2023 has been entered into

between them out of their own free will and accord without any coercion.

3.I have gone through the memorandum of compromise. I do not

find anything contrary to law. Therefore, the same is recorded. It shall

form a part of the decree in the civil revision petition. This Civil Revision

Petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise

entered into between the parties. Consequently, the RCOP.No.1166 of

2016 is also disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected
