(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned Special

Government Pleader(Puduchery) appearing for the respondent submitted

that as against the order passed by the Writ Court, an appeal was preferred

by the Department before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil)

No.27470/2009 and subsequently, it was dismissed as withdrawn, vide

order dated 7.11.2011. Subsequently, the order of the Writ Court was

complied with.

2. None appeared for the petitioners.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
