                     order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, (Fast Track Court),
                     Madurai in S.T.C.No.410 of 2012 dated 07.04.2014 and set aside the
                     same.

                                                           ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the

impugned judgment passed by the learned VI Additional District and

Sessions Judge, Madurai in C.A.No.21 of 2014 dated 05.10.2016

reversing the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, (Fast

Track Court), Madurai in S.T.C.No.410 of 2012 dated 07.04.2014 and

set aside the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the petitioner as

well as the respondent died on 04.07.2020 and 04.03.2022 respectively.

He also produced the copies of the death certificates.

3.In view of the above submission, this criminal revision case is

dismissed as abated.
