                                                    ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the STC

No.674 of 2023, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate II,

Dharmapuri.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in

2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of

Police and another]. Accordingly, the STC No.674 of 2023, pending on the file of

the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Dharmapuri, is hereby quashed and the Criminal

Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are

closed.
