                records pertaining to the judgment and decree, dated 22.02.2017 in A.S.No.2 of
                2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pattukottai partly allowing the
                judgment and decree, dated 31.10.2014 made in O.S.No.3 of 2013 on the file of
                the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu insofar as the
                dismissal of the prayer for declaration is concerned and set aside the same.

                                                  JUDGMENT
