The learned counsel appearing for the appellants in all these
appeals has stated that, the prayer sought for in these appeals become
infructuous and to that extent he has received the instructions from the
appellants respectively and in this regard he has made an endorsement in
the Court bundle also.
2. Recording the said statement as well as the endorsement made

dismissed having become infructuous. No costs.
