                                                     ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the STC No.08

of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,

Madukkarai

2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in

2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of

Police and another]. Accordingly, the S.T.C.No.08 of 2019 pending on the file of

the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai is hereby quashed

and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
