                                                         ORDER

Review Application in Rev.Appl.Sr.No.70896 of 2022 has been filed to

review the judgment dated 17.03.2022 passed in W.A.No.597 of 2022, along

with C.M.P.No.15022 of 2022, to permit the petitioners herein to file this

review petition against the aforesaid order.

2. Today when the C.M.P. was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the Applicants sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Review

Application itself. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

Applicants and also in view of the endorsement made, this Review Application

in Sr.stage stands rejected. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous

Petition is closed.
