                                                           ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the

judgment dated 23.02.2022 passed in W.A.No.678 of 2021 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional

Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order

passed by this Court on 23.02.2022 has been complied with. Dr.Senthil

Kumar, Deputy Director of Public Health, Institute of Public Health,

Poonamallee, Chennai, the Respondent herein who appeared before this

Court, pursuant to the statutory notice issued to him also reiterated the same.

A Compliance Affidavit dated 26.06.2023 has been filed to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government

Pleader and also Compliance Affidavit dated 26.06.2023, this Contempt

Petition stands closed. No costs.
