                                  The matter came up for hearing on 04.07.2023, where, we passed

                     the following order:

                                        “When the case is called, there is no representation on
                                  the side of the appellant. Since the appellant appears party-
                                  in-person, the Registry is directed to print the name and full
                                  address of the appellant in the cause list and post the matter
                                  on 11.07.2023 under the caption 'For dismissal'.”

                     Accordingly, the case is listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.
