                                                       JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second

Appeal and filed a memo to that effect. The memo dated 05.07.2023 is

extracted hereunder:-

''The Appellants beg to submit that pending the above appeal, the 6th Appellant has approached the Revenue Department for rectification of errors in the entries made in the revenue records and in the suit proceedings, the Tahsildar, Vellore Taluk has refused to take further action referring to the pendency of the above appeal. The Appellants have therefore decided to withdraw the above appeal.

The Appellants therefore pray that the above appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn and thus render justice''

2. The aforesaid memo is recorded and this Second Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition
