                                                        JUDGMENT

This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 28.11.2019 passed by a

Single Bench of this Court in W.P. No.12318 of 2016.

2 Today, when this writ appeal was taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the appellant Municipality submitted that this writ appeal may be

dismissed as withdrawn in view of the communication dated 21.06.2023

addressed by the Commissioner of the appellant Municipality.
