                                                         JUDGEMENT

This Intra Court appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by

this Court in W.P.No.16279/2013 dated 17.06.2013.

2. W.P.No.16279/2013 has been filed to quash the impugned order

dated 16.06.2013 passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police,

Koyambedu Range under which, the request of the appellant to conduct a

public meeting and distribution of freebies to the public has been negatived.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant brought to the notice of this

Court that pending Writ Appeal, this Court has passed an order dated

17.06.2013 in M.P.No.2/2013 in W.A.No.1308/2013, permitting the

appellant to conduct meeting on 17.06.2013 and to distribute freebies to the

people. Accordingly, the meeting was conducted and hence, the prayer

sought for in the main writ appeal has become infructuous and nothing

survives for further adjudication.

4. Inview of the above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructous.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
