Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing for the appellant submitted that in view of the subsequent

development, the relief sought for in this writ appeal has become infructuous

and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made and granting liberty to the

appellant to work out her remedy in accordance with law, this writ appeal is

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
