                                                           ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in

connection with S.C.No.44 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District and

Sessions Judge, krishnagiri and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt.

Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that

S.C.No.44 of 2021 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge,

Krishnagiri was disposed of on 30.11.2022 which ended in acquittal of the

accused persons. To that effect, he has also filed a copy of the judgment

made in S.C.No.44 of 2021.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Govt. Advocate

(crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent, since the case has been disposed

of on 30.11.2022, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as

infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
