                                                           ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in S.T.C.No.01 of 2019 pending on the file of Judicial

Magistrate Court, Guidyatham.

2. Heard Mr.A.Raja Mohamed, learned counsel for petitioners and

Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for

respondent.

3. The facts of this case is covered by the reported judgment of this

Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep.

by Inspector of Police and another].

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the

proceedings in S.T.C.No.01 of 2019 pending on the file of Judicial

Magistrate Court, Guidyatham, are hereby quashed. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
