                                  This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure
                    Code, against the judgment and decree dated 06.10.2010 made in A.S.No.249
                    of 2008 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli,
                    confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.07.2008 made in O.S.No.1574
                    of 2000 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif, Trichirappalli.
