COMMON JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.]
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for
violation of the order of this Court dated 05.06.2017 made in W.A.No.722
of 2015 and the Review Application has been filed to set aside the very
same order.
2.When these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned
counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated
05.06.2017 made in W.A.No.722 of 2015 has been complied with and he
has also produced a copy of the proceedings in
Memo.(Per)No.7560/A3/A31/2015-41, dated 15.09.2022 to that effect.
3.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition and the Review
Application stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected
Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
