                                                        JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter to

the Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Madras, stating that he has got an

instruction from their client to withdraw the above Second Appeal as

their client is not inclined to proceed further with the appeal. The

learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. The said

letter is taken on file and the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs.
