This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed to set aside the order and

decreetal order dated 09.07.2012 in I.A.No.180 of 2012 in A.S.No.38 of

2000 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Kuzhithurai.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the appellants has submitted

that A.S.No.38 of 2000 on the file of Sub Court, Kuzhithurai has been

dismissed in favour of the appellants of the present Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal. Hence, there is no further proceedings in this C.M.A.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. The

appellants are at liberty to reopen the same, if and when necessary. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
