                     records         relating   to   the    Memorandum       Reg.No.04050153/PSD-
                     RF/Gr.IIA/2014-15 and 2015-16 dated 13.06.2017 on the file of the 1st
                     respondent, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to appoint the
                     petitioner [Regr.No.0401050153] provisionally for the post of Assistant in
                     RD&PD Tiruvallur TN Ministerial Service included in combined Civil
                     Service Examinations-II [Non Interview Posts] [Group IIA Services] for the
                     years 2014-15 and 2015-16 in the light of the judgment rendered by the
                     Supreme Court in the case of Kumari Madhuri Patil reported in AIR 1995
