                                                         JUDGEMENT

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the

Appellants appeared and submitted a memo dated 18.02.2022 stating that

the appellants wanted to withdraw the above Second Appeal. Hence, he

prayed to record the memo and close the above Second Appeal as

withdrawn.

2. In view of the same, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as

withdrawn and the Memo filed by the appellants for withdrawal of the

above Second Appeal is recorded.. No costs. Consequently, connected

Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
