                  Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
                  issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the           respondents herein to provide
                  police protection for the house property of the petitioner, his wife and his brother
                  and family members situate in Thamaraikoliampatti Village (Farm House) Harur
                  Taluk, Dharmapuri District by initiating necessary course of action against the
                  fourth respondent herein based on the complaint given by the petitioner on
                  22.07.2022.

                                                    ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking police protection based on the

representation given by the petitioner on 22.07.2022

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that,

based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in

CSR.No.243 of 2022, dated 27.7.2022, on the file of the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry and

the respondent police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in

Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC

353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall take a decision

regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by the

respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of

this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
