This writ appeal is directed against the interim order in WMP No.7679 of

2023 in WP No.7565 of 2023, dated 24.03.2023

2. When the appeal was taken up for hearing, both parties fairly brought

to our notice that the main writ petition itself is posted for hearing on 24.04.2023

at 2.15 p.m. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ appeal and

the same is closed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP

No.8803 of 2023 is closed.
