                                                        JUDGMENT

This writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed in

W.P. No.24000 of 2013 dated 23.09.2013, wherein the learned Single

Judge had negatived the prayer of the appellants/writ petitions seeking

appointment as teacher, without insisting upon the appellants/writ

petitioners to pass the teacher eligibility test as a minimum required

qualification.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants/writ petitioners has

now submitted before this Court that subsequently, results have been

published and appointment orders have been issued for the year 2013.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned

counsel for the appellants, nothing survives for further adjudication in

the writ appeal. Consequently, the writ appeal stands dismissed as

infructuous. No costs.
