                                                        JUDGMENT

The appellant/petitioner had challenged the eviction notice

dated 15.12.2007 issued by the third respondent, directing the writ

petitioner to vacate the quarters.

2. Now the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4

submitted before this Court that the appellant/petitioner has vacated

the said quarters.

3. In view of the the submissions made by the learned Standing

Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, nothing further survives for

adjudication in the appeal. Consequently the writ appeal stand

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
