                                                     JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice)

When the matter is taken up, Mr.P.L.Narayananan, learned counsel for appellant

submitted that the matter has been compromised amicably between the parties and therefore,

he has requested that since the writ petitioner has been transferred from Chennai to

Bangalore, a direction may be given to fill up the seat lying vacant now. If any such request

is made, the Authority concerned is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

In fine, the writ appeal stands dismissed as nothing survives for further adjudication

in view of amicable settlement between the parties. No Costs.
