The issue involved in this appeal is squarely covered by a decision

of the Full Bench rendered in W.A.No.3748 of 2019 and Rev.(MD)No.99

of 2014 on 04.02.2022, in the case of State of Tamil Nadu and

others v. C.Srinivasan.

2. In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in this writ

appeal and accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
