                                                   JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.)

Review is sought for by the Government on the judgment of the

Division Bench in WA .(MD) No. 867 of 2014 dated 18.09.2014, in and by

which, the order of the Hon’ble Single Judge, directing the payment of third

set of incentive increments to the first respondent for acquisition of higher

educational qualifications. The issue regarding grant of third set of incentive

increment is now covered by the dictum of the Full Bench in WA Nos.3674

of 2019 etc. batch dated 29.04.2022.

2. In view of the same, the Review Application will stand allowed,

the Writ Appeal will stand allowed and the Writ Petition will stand

dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
