ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.]
This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience
of the order, dated 27.01.2021, made in W.A.(MD) No.1033 of 2020.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned
Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have
complied with the directions issued by this Court in the Judgment dated
27.01.2021. To that effect, he has also produced a copy of the communication
of the third respondent, dated nil.11.2022, before this Court.
3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner refuted the above
submission of the learned Government Pleader and submitted that till date,
leave salary has not been paid to the petitioner.

4. By way of reply, the learned Government Pleader submitted
that if that be so, the above claim of the petitioner would be considered in
accordance with law.
5. Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is
closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy, if
his grievance exists, in the manner known to law.
