This matter is listed today under the caption 'notice section default cases'.

2. On 02.11.2022, this Court directed the appellant to take notice on

respondents 3 to 5 and file proof of service. Till date no proof of service

has been filed regarding respondents 3 and 5, which shows that the

appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal, which is of the year

2014. Hence, this Court is constrained to dismiss the appeal. Accordingly,

this Second Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
