                     Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue necessary direction to the
                     respondent police herein to give police protection to petitioner and his
                     family members by considering the representation/complaint dated
                     15.04.2022 given by the petitioner herein.

                                                           ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the

respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his

family members by considering petitioner's representation/ complaint

dated 15.04.2022.

2. As per the averments made in the petition, it is seen that the

Civil Court order upto the level of Second Appeal is in favour of the

petitioner. Therefore, by following the guidelines as mentioned in the

judgment of this Court in the case of Radhika Sri Hari and another vs.

The Commissioner of Police, reported in 2014 (2) CTC 695 to the extent

necessary, the respondent police is directed to grant protection in

accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is
