                     basis of the judgment of this Court, dated 22.04.2016 in W.P.No.17231 of 2015
                     and by considering the suggestions given by the petitioner in his representation,
                     dated 02.02.2022.

fresh Writ Petition, with proper particulars and details. Accordingly, the Writ

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the said liberty. No costs.
