                                                   JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed praying to set aside the order

of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, at Ariyalur in

Crl.M.P.No.542 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 and enlarge the appellant on

bail in connection with the case in Cr.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the first

respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw

the Criminal Appeal and he has also made an endorsement in the court

bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel

appearing for the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
