                                                       JUDGMENT

This criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated

07.01.2022 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram

District at Chengalpattu in Crl.MP.No.32 of 2022 seeking bail in respect

of crime No.761 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal appeal and he has also

made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel

appearing for the appellant, this criminal appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
