                  Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
                  issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating
                  to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/34943/01
                  dated 23.07.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to
                  evict the third respondent from the plot allotted to the petitioner, namely, Plot
                  No.987, 28th Street, Bakthavatchalam Colony, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-39 as
                  directed by this Court in the order passed in W.P.No.14827/1996 dated
                  12.02.2004 and in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble I Assistant Judge,
                  City Civil Court, Chennai in O.S.No.1558/2004 dated 28.11.2008 and issue
                  patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the said plot and grant her all
                  consequential benefits.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 07.03.2022,

Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to

that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs.
