the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has filed

C.Karuppannan had filed Cont.Petn.No.291 of 2022 before the Hon'ble Madras High Court. In this case, the Government have been issued orders in G.O.(2D).No.59, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2-II) Department, Dated :20.04.2022 in respect of the petitioner Thiru.C.Karuppannan and the rejection order has been issued in Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Ref.No.LL2/42623/2021, Dated: 12.04.2022 to the petitioner Thiru.M.Rajendran since he never served in the post of Forest Watcher to claim seniority on par with his junior to the post of Forest Watcher for compliance of the orders the Hon'ble High Court (Copies are closed). Hence, I request you to kindly apprise the above matter before the Hon'ble Madras High Court when the case comes up for hearing.
