there was no representation for the petitioner, in order to give an opportunity

to the petitioner, the matter was passed over. Again, the matter was called by

4.40 p.m., again there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petitions are closed.
