                     Sale Agreement dated 15.10.2007 entered into between the 4th
                     Respondent represented by the 5th Respondent and the 6th Respondent
                     and registered before the 3rd Respondent as Document No.13267 of
                     2007 in respect of the Petitioner's property namely Acres 1.44 cents
                     comprised in Survey No.723, Vilangadupakkam Village, Ambattur
                     Taluk, Thiruvallur District on the basis of the judgment and decree dated
                     28.03.2011 in O.S.No.356 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif
                     Court, Thiruvotriyur & Judgment and decree dated 05.11.2013 in
                     A.S.No.62 of 2011 on the file of Subordinate Court, Ponneri in
                     accordance with law.
