The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and

decreetal order dated 09.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.678 of 2015 in

O.S.No.329 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court,

Kanchipuram.

2. The matter was listed for hearing on 06.06.2022 and there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Once again, the case was listed

for hearing on 07.06.2022 under the caption “for dismissal”. But today also

none represented on behalf of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the

prosecution. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
