                     prays to pass a judgment and decree against the defendants as follows:-
                          a) Directing partition by meets and bounds and to put the plaintiff in
                                  separate possession of his 1/3rd share in the property – House, Ground
                                  and    Premises situated   at New Door No.161,           Old No.64,
                                  Kodambakkam High Road, T.Nagar, Chennai – 600 017, measuring
                                  an extent of 4601 sq.ft or thereabouts, comprised in T.S.Nos.7866/3
                                  and 4678/2, Block No.104, situated at T.Nagar Village, Guindy

                                  No.104, situated at T.Nagar Village, Guindy Taluk, more fully
                                  described as item No.2 in the schedule hereunder;
                          b) Directing the defendants to pay the plaintiff his costs of this suit

                                                         JUDGMENT

2. The parties have entered into settlement and a joint memo of

compromise signed by the parties and their respective counsels has also

filed before this Court. The said memo is taken on file and recorded. The

suit is decreed, in terms of the Memo of compromise. The Memorandum of

Compromise shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs.

Consequently connected application is dismissed.
