The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the main Original

Petition in O.P.No.3301 of 2018, on the file of the learned V Additional

Principlal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, has been dismissed as withdrawn

on 23.09.2021 and nothing survives in this appeal. Hence, he seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and

made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the

learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
