Learned counsel for the writ appellants submits that the

matter has been settled out of court, thus, seeks to withdraw the

appeal. A letter dated 22.06.2022 has been submitted in the

Registry and an endorsement is also made to the said effect.

In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. Consequently, C.M.P.No.3212 of 2022 is also

dismissed.
