                court, as devoid of integrity, as an abuse of the process of law and as such
                illegal, and direct the 2nd respondent to appoint a knowledgeable person
                with integrity as Public Prosecutor in SC 94/05 of Puducherry Sessions Court.

                                                      ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to propounding the 4th respondent's

functioning as Special Public Prosecutor in SC 94/05 of Puduchery Sessions

court, as devoid of integrity, as an abuse of the process of law and as such

illegal, and direct the 2nd respondent to appoint a knowledgeable person

with integrity as Public Prosecutor in SC 94/05 of Puducherry Sessions Court.

2.The relief sought for in the present writ petition does not survive,

since the Sessions Case itself has been disposed of by judgment dated

27.11.2013.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
