                     dated 27.02.2004 on the file of the XIV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

                                                             ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Judgment and

decree dated 02.04.2013 in R.C.A.No.951 of 2004 on the file of the VIII

Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, reversing the order and decree

passed in R.C.O.P.No.2468 of 1998 dated 27.02.2004 on the file of the XIV

Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an

endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Civil Revision Petition stands

dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous

petitions are closed.
