                                                          ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred, challenging the

rejection order dated 31.03.2022 passed by the learned III Additional

City Civil Judge, Chennai in I.A.Sr.No.48428 of 2021 in O.S.No.805 of

2019.

2.The sole plaintiff who filed the suit died. During the pendency of

the suit, the revision petitioners claim themselves as class II legal heirs of

the deceased sole plaintiff and filed a petition in I.A.Sr.No.48428 of 2021

to implead them as parties to the proceedings and the same was rejected.

Thereafter, the suit itself got disposed of and the judgment has been

pronounced on 31.03.2022.

3.Since the suit itself dismissed nothing survives for further

adjudication, in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is

closed.
